Porsche Endurance Trophy Nürburgring

The Porsche Endurance Trophy Nürburgring (PETN) is a national Porsche championship held as part of the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS, German: Nürburgring Langstrecken Serie). The championship has two classes: Cup 2 and Cup 3. Both established teams and newcomers can enjoy an exciting and successful racing season in this new Porsche event. With this new championship, Manthey aims to follow on from the success of the Cayman GT4 Trophy by Manthey-Racing.

The Porsche Endurance Trophy will be contested at all eight events in the NLS season. The Cayman GT4 Trophy by Manthey-Racing will become the Porsche Endurance Trophy Nürburgring Cup 3 class. In this class, the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport (Type 982) is eligible to enter the permit A and permit B categories of the Clubsport races, as in previous years.

In the Porsche Endurance Trophy Nürburgring Cup 2 class, representing the second class of the Porsche Endurance Trophy alongside the Cup 3, only the latest generation Porsche 911 GT3 Cup is eligible to take part.

The two classes combined make up the new Porsche Endurance Trophy Nürburgring championship, with joint and class rankings, both accompanied by attractive prize money. As in recent years, all participants can compete in the Nürburgring 24 Hours and the qualifying race with the same car configuration. The two events count as individual races and will not be included in the annual rankings of the Porsche championship.
